Job Description

Tele Sales Executive
Location: Alexandria, Egypt
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join our team and support business growth by promoting logistics services and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote logistics services.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Identify potential market opportunities and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.

Requirement
s:
  • Previous experience in telesales or customer service (experience in logistics is an advantage)
  • .Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • .Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • .Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • .Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
