Tele Sales Executive
Location: Alexandria, Egypt
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join our team and support business growth by promoting logistics services and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote logistics services.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Identify potential market opportunities and customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service (experience in logistics is an advantage)
- .Strong communication and negotiation skills
- .Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- .Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- .Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
