Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and manage a team of telesales executives to hit and surpass sales goals
- Design and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the education/training market
- Track team performance, deliver constructive feedback, and foster continuous growth
- Manage key accounts and assist in closing major deals
- Generate detailed sales reports and analyze KPIs to guide decision-making
- Partner with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives
