Job Description

Pre-requisites:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer service
  • Proven ability to work with Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer focus skills
  • Military service certificate (Completed/Exempted)

Preferred Area: Cairo - Giza

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute all cash transactions.
  • Provide customers with operational requests and inquiries related to their transactions.
  • Verify customer information to match the system.
  • Provide customers with courteous service at all times.
  • Maintain an error-free service.
  • Responsible for the end-of-shift cash sub-safe reconciliation with the main vault custodian.
