Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 2 month fixed term contract. This role will support end to end hiring for corporate positions across multiple countries in the MENA region.
The successful candidate will manage approximately 15 to 20 open positions during the contract period, partnering closely with hiring managers and driving recruitment activity from sourcing through offer stage.
Contract Duration: 2 Months
Work Arrangement: Onsite, 5 Days per Week
Salary: AED 13,000 per Month
Must Have Requirements:
- Currently based in the UAE.
- Hold a valid Family Visa, Spouse Visa, or Golden Visa that allows immediate employment.
- Available to join within 1 to 2 weeks.
- Willing to work fully onsite, 5 days per week.
- Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end recruitment for assigned corporate vacancies.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and drive hiring decisions to closure.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing end to end corporate recruitment.
- Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment channels.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong stakeholder management, organization, and communication skills.
- Experience within FMCG, Food & Beverage, Retail, Hospitality, Technology, or other fast paced environments is preferred.
