Tendering & Proposal Specialist Aramco Projects
We are looking for a Tendering & Proposal Specialist to join our team and lead the preparation of winning bids for Aramco construction and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare full tendering packages for Aramco construction and infrastructure projects (pre-qualification, technical, and commercial submissions).
- Develop and coordinate technical proposals in line with Aramco standards, project specifications, and scope of work.
- Prepare and review commercial proposals, including BOQs, pricing sheets, cost breakdowns, and cash flow estimates.
- Coordinate with engineering, planning, procurement, and finance teams to collect all required inputs for the proposal.
- Review tender documents, RFQs, and contracts to identify risks, deviations, and commercial/technical qualifications.
- Ensure all submissions are on time, compliant, and professionally presented.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in tendering/proposals for construction and infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience preparing Aramco tender packages is a must (technical and commercial) for construction and/or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of Aramco standards and procedures for tendering and contracting.
- Excellent skills in tender analysis, costing, and pricing.
- Strong written and spoken English (Arabic is an advantage).
- High attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
