We're recruiting a Tendering and Contract Manager for one of our clients, who is a leading oil and gas company based in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Bid/No-Bid reviews, scheduling, and evaluation committees to ensure timely and compliant submissions
- Coordinate technical and commercial alignment between the Technical Review and Supply Chain teams
- Review terms and conditions, deviations, and risks; standardize templates and maintain complete tender records in Odoo
- Achieve a win rate of 4050% in core segments, ensuring 100% on-time submissions
- Maintain zero contract non-compliances and ensure 100% tender dossier completeness in Odoo
- Drive cycle-time reduction across all bid stages (baseline to be established)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 812 years of experience in Oil & Gas tendering or contracts leadership within the GCC or Iraq
- Strong legal and commercial negotiation skills, with proficiency in Odoo Tender modules
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
