Tendering Engineer

Prepare quantity take-offs for residential, commercial, industrial, and banking projects issued for tendering.

Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) in accordance with project drawings and specifications.

Review tender documents, technical specifications, and contract conditions.

Ensure accuracy and compliance of tender documentation with project requirements.

Coordinate with design teams to validate quantities and scope.

Support in preparing tender packages and responding to bidders queries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Architecture or relevant).
• 2–5 years of experience in tendering and cost estimation.
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying and BOQ preparation.
• Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
