Job Description

Job Objective

To execute and manage all tendering activities from receiving tender notifications to submitting technical and financial proposals, ensuring accuracy of documentation and compliance with organizational standards to enhance the company's chances of winning projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly monitor official email and download new tender notifications.
  • Receive tender documents from internal departments (Tendering, Team Leader, Business Development).
  • Review tenders and ensure alignment with the company's activities and services.
  • Initiate the process of purchasing tender documents when required.
  • Coordinate site visits when necessary.
  • Create and maintain electronic folders for each tender, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Prepare all administrative and technical requirements for tenders.
  • Participate in pricing meetings and contribute to tender analysis.
  • Complete and review technical and financial submissions before final submission.
  • Ensure all proposals meet required standards and submission criteria.
  • Submit tenders via online platforms or manually as required.
  • Send internal notifications after tender submission.
  • Communicate with clients to understand requirements and strengthen relationships.
  • Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements for future tenders.
  • Follow up on tender-related communications from Business Development and take appropriate actions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and obtain quotations when needed.
  • Perform any additional tasks as required by the business.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in tendering or bidding.
  • Good knowledge of tendering procedures and online platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
