Territory Sales Solution Engineer

Job Description
We are looking to employ a target-oriented and experienced Territory Sales Solution Engineer to manage the business activities of an assigned territory and ensure that sales targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve defined sales targets with both existing and prospective customers within the assigned territory
- Drive activities-based business objectives including customer visits, new customer acquisition, and new product introductions
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold and warm leads, and conduct customer site visits with the objective of securing purchase orders
- Collect competitive market information and update customer and project data in the CRM system
- Support trade shows and marketing events to generate qualified leads
- Apply market and account management skills to engage with key and high-level customers
- Develop and execute account penetration strategies
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through strong knowledge of customer organizations, timely communication, and effective follow-up
- Execute local sales plans (short-, mid-, and long-term) in line with SBU strategy to grow and maintain existing business
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity within the territory
- Conduct on-site product presentations, seminars, and customer training sessions
- Act as the main internal contact for customer sales inquiries and technical support
- Recommend suitable materials or solutions to customers to improve efficiency, reduce costs, or increase productivity
- Analyze sales and marketing data to identify effective sales strategies
- Ensure brand awareness within the assigned territory aligns with company expectations
- Monitor and remain aware of competitors sales activities
- Prepare and submit regular reports to the Managing Director
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as a Territory Sales Engineer or in a similar sales-focused technical role
- Familiarity with Faade, Steel Fixing, Solar, Building, and Civil Construction industries
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales growth and revenue targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to spend significant time in the field as required
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience
- Registration as an Engineer or Architect is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree (BSc / BA / B.Eng / HND)
- Background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building, or related fields is preferred
