Role- SCF Trade Finance Testing
Location: Abu Dhabi
We need candidates with Proxima or Tesla testing experience (or) with Eximbills & SCF Testing Experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Manage and fulfill E2E Testing engagement for Supply Chain Finance (SCF Qualco with Proxima and Tesla components), Trade Finance (Eximbills Enterprise), and Electronic Trade (ET) systems integrated with ecosystem.
- Extensive QA Experience: Over 7 years of proven experience in software testing and quality assurance, with 3+ years in a test lead capacity, particularly in banking domains like SCF and Trade Finance.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong hands-on expertise in Supply chain, trade finance and Islamic corporate finance structures , including experience with Proxima, Tesla and Ethix systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in tools and platforms such as Putty, SSH Shell, Rapid SQL, PL/SQL Developer, SQL Server, Citrix, ETL Informatica, and Crystal Reports.
- Test Documentation: Highly experienced in preparing and validating RTMs, test cases, test plans, test strategies, and test closure documents.
- Testing Expertise: Proficient in SIT/UAT, functional, integration, and regression testing, including end-to-end testing across front-end and back-end systems.
- Defect & Requirement Management: Experienced in requirement analysis, gap analysis between BRD and FSD, defect tracking, triage meetings, and change request discussions.
- Deployment & Validation: Capable of handling application and package deployments on both database and application servers, including validation of financial transactions and services.
- Project & Environment Management: Skilled in managing UAT projects end-to-end, coordinating with IT for environment setup, and maintaining version control and retrospectives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Strong communication and negotiation skills with business users, vendors, and support teams for test execution, defect resolution, and documentation.
- Reporting & Metrics: Experienced in preparing effort estimations, capacity planning, dashboards, and daily/weekly status reports for senior management.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensures adherence to security and regulatory standards, maintains testing artifacts, and supports UAT coordination and sign-off.
- Leadership & Mentoring: Demonstrated ability in team building, mentoring, and leading cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
