We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our team in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in software testing principles and a passion for quality assurance. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements and specifications.
- Identify, record, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand system requirements and provide feedback on quality.
- Perform regression testing and ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionality.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and processes.
- Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with performance and load testing tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
