Job Description

Responsibilities

 Digital Banking

  • Experience testing Retail Digital Banking:
  • Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/Tablet banking

Knowledge Of

  • Customer onboarding journeys/Digital loan applications/Payments, transfers, and service requests/OTP, authentication, and role-based access

Finacle Loans

  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Finacle LOS/Finacle LMS
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Loan origination and approval workflows
  • Disbursement and repayment schedules
  • Strong knowledge of STLC, SDLC, and defect lifecycle
  • Experience in SIT, UAT, and Regression testing
  • Ability to understand functional specs, CRs, and business rules
  • Experience with test/defect management tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.)

Essential Skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Work closely with business users, product owners, and IT teams
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, governance forums, and UAT sign-offs
  • Provide clear status reporting, risk identification, and escalation

Experience

  • 3-5 years of overall testing experience- Digital Banking and/or Finacle Loans (LOS/LMS)
  • Prior onsite or client-facing BFS experience preferred
