Test Manager

The Test manager role will drive end to end testing for Corporate & Retail Customer Onboarding and Lending processes within Finacle, ensuring high-quality delivery across CIF, CASA, and Loan modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for Finacle (Corporate & Retail).

Test Corporate/Retail onboarding, lending workflows, and related processes (CIF, CASA, Loan).

Execute API testing (REST/SOAP) and backend DB validation using SQL.

Prepare test plans, scenarios, and test data; track defects and ensure closure.

Coordinate with Business, DET team, Developers, and Agile teams for requirement clarity and delivery.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain test documentation.

Technical Skills:

Finacle modules: CIF, CASA, Loans

API testing (Postman, Swagger)

Strong SQL for backend validation

Banking domain: Corporate & Retail onboarding, Lending

Tools: JIRA / ALM / Zephyr

Agile delivery experience

Soft Skills:

Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination

Ability to lead and mentor testers

Salary up to 20K AED
