Job Description

Role : Digital Test Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Test Manager with over 15 years of experience to lead and manage a large QA/testing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving digital testing strategies, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and managing a team of 3035 members. Prior experience with the AccelQ test automation platform is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 1530 QA/test engineers.
  • Define and implement end-to-end digital testing strategies across applications.
  • Oversee test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
  • Ensure quality assurance standards, processes, and best practices are followed.
  • Drive test automation initiatives, with a strong focus on AccelQ platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product, and business stakeholders.
  • Manage testing timelines, resource allocation, and delivery commitments.
  • Identify risks, issues, and mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and optimize efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in software testing and QA, with strong leadership experience.
  • Proven experience in managing large QA teams (30+ members).
  • Hands-on or working knowledge of AccelQ platform (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Experience in digital/web/mobile application testing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in airline or travel domain (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies.
  • Certifications in QA/Testing (ISTQB or equivalent) are a plus.
