Testing Specialist

Job Description:

Experience: 7+years

• Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of all digital services and platforms
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans covering both manual and automated testing
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to validate application behavior
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate bug-tracking tools
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve product quality
• Conduct performance and security testing to ensure system robustness
• Participate in requirement reviews to provide input on testability and quality risks
• Maintain detailed test documentation, reports, and test cases
• Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies
