Key Responsibilities:
Teach Theatre and Drama across Middle and High School in line with American Curriculum standards.
Deliver engaging lessons covering acting, improvisation, theatre history, dramatic literature, and directing.
Plan, direct, and produce school performances including plays, musicals, and assemblies.
Teach technical theatre skills including lighting, sound, costumes, and set design.
Support students in building confidence, public speaking skills, and teamwork.
Lead extracurricular drama clubs and performance-related activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts, Drama Education, or a related field.
Recognised teaching qualification or valid teaching licence (US, Canada, or equivalent).
Proven experience teaching Theatre/Drama within the American Curriculum.
Strong knowledge of both performance and technical theatre.
Excellent organisational and classroom management skills. Salary & Benefits:
