MonoSpear Technologies Middle East is looking for an experienced TIBCO Solution Architect to lead enterprise integration initiatives within the banking sector. The role involves designing, implementing, and governing large-scale integration platforms aligned with enterprise business and IT strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- 10+ years of expertise in Enterprise Integration Architecture using industry-standard tools, with strong hands-on experience in the TIBCO Suite of products
- Clearly documented experience implementing large-scale integration systems
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration design patterns, security best practices, and communication protocols aligned with business strategies
- Create and maintain ESB/middleware platform strategies and roadmaps in partnership with IT leadership
- Decompose complex and highly customized landscapes; analyze, design, and oversee development of integration systems
- Coordinate onshore and offshore development teams (preferred)
- Communicate effectively with senior management and internal/external service partners, providing strategic recommendations
- Provide guidance on leveraging existing TIBCO platform investments toward business objectives
- Guide teams in developing prescriptive and predictive insights using system integration data
- Provide architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps across technology domains
- Apply analytical, process, and technical skills to meet project objectives within defined scope
- Adhere strictly to Information Security Management System (ISMS) guidelines and policies
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering API / SOA / Middleware integration projects
- Hands-on development experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, Web Services, SOAP/HTTPS, BusinessConnect, Hawk, SOA, MDM, and other TIBCO products
- Strong experience managing and monitoring TIBCO environments using TIBCO Administrator, HAWK, API Management / Mashery
- Expertise in Java, JMS, SOAP, REST, JSON, SQL, XML, GitHub, Jenkins, and Unix/Linux shell scripting
- Experience across the full project lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and support
- Hands-on experience in large-scale SOA design, development, and deployment
- Experience with API management technologies
- Strong understanding of enterprise security protocols
- Good knowledge of Information Security Management Systems
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with demonstrated leadership capability
- Mandatory: Minimum 6 years of banking industry experience
