Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Ticket Agent with a B2-level proficiency in English. The Ticket Agent will be responsible for assisting customers with ticket purchases, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, processing sales transactions, and maintaining accurate records. Collaboration with team members will be critical to ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Ticket Sales and Reservations, with the ability to accurately process and manage transactions.
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively address customer queries and provide solutions.
  • Proven Customer Service abilities, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive experiences.
  • Sales proficiency, with the capability to identify opportunities and recommend products or services.
  • B2 or higher English proficiency for clear, professional communication.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in ticketing or related sectors is a plus.
