Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Ticket Agent with a B2-level proficiency in English. The Ticket Agent will be responsible for assisting customers with ticket purchases, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, processing sales transactions, and maintaining accurate records. Collaboration with team members will be critical to ensuring a seamless customer experience.
