Role Description

This is a full-time Ticketing Agent role, based on-site in Egypt. As a Ticketing Agent, you will handle ticket sales, manage reservations, and provide exceptional customer service. The role involves communicating effectively with customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a seamless booking process. You will also assist with sales-related tasks while maintaining excellent client relationships and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Ticket Sales and managing Reservations
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven ability in Sales and achieving targets
  • Proficiency in English (B1+ to B2-C1)
  • Prior experience in the travel, hospitality, or customer service industry is a plus
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capability
