Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Ticketing Agent based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will handle ticket sales and reservations, assist customers with their inquiries, and process bookings efficiently. You will provide excellent customer service and maintain effective communication to address customer needs while promoting additional services and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Ticket Sales and handling Reservations
  • Strong Customer Service orientation and an ability to provide exceptional support
  • Excellent Communication skills, including fluency in English
  • Experience or skills in Sales and promoting services
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and ticketing software is a plus
  • Previous experience in the travel or customer service industries is advantageous
