Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ticketing Agent to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for issuing and managing airline tickets, ensuring accurate and timely bookings for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue and manage airline tickets: Accurately enter passenger information and flight details into the ticketing system.
  • Process ticketing requests efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery of tickets to clients.
  • Handle ticketing changes, cancellations, and re-issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor flight schedules and proactively address potential disruptions.
  • Provide excellent customer service: Respond to client inquiries and resolve ticketing issues promptly and effectively.
  • Communicate with airlines and other relevant parties to resolve ticketing challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of industry regulations, airline policies, and ticketing procedures.
  • Maintain knowledge of current travel advisories and restrictions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Ticketing Agent (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong knowledge of airline ticketing system Amadeus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
