Tires Sales Manager
A well-established and fast-growing organization in the automotive sector is seeking an experienced and strategic Tires Sales Manager to lead nationwide sales operations.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, market expansion, and operational excellence across the country.
Position Overview
The Tires Sales Manager will manage country-wide tire sales and collection activities in alignment with corporate objectives. The role requires a strong commercial mindset, deep market knowledge, and proven leadership experience within the tires industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve nationwide revenue and profitability targets
- Drive sales productivity and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs
- Expand the client base and strengthen dealer and distribution networks
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Oversee collection activities and ensure healthy cash flow management
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer dynamics
- Manage inventory levels, control stock movement, and reduce slow-moving inventory
- Coordinate with corporate teams on expansion initiatives and feasibility studies
- Ensure compliance with internal sales processes, pricing policies, and approval procedures
- Review sales and collection performance and implement corrective actions when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Master's degree is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role within the tires industry
- Strong knowledge of the local tires market and distribution landscape
- Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent command of Arabic and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must own a car
