Tires Sales Manager

A well-established and fast-growing organization in the automotive sector is seeking an experienced and strategic Tires Sales Manager to lead nationwide sales operations.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, market expansion, and operational excellence across the country.

Position Overview

The Tires Sales Manager will manage country-wide tire sales and collection activities in alignment with corporate objectives. The role requires a strong commercial mindset, deep market knowledge, and proven leadership experience within the tires industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve nationwide revenue and profitability targets
  • Drive sales productivity and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs
  • Expand the client base and strengthen dealer and distribution networks
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Oversee collection activities and ensure healthy cash flow management
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer dynamics
  • Manage inventory levels, control stock movement, and reduce slow-moving inventory
  • Coordinate with corporate teams on expansion initiatives and feasibility studies
  • Ensure compliance with internal sales processes, pricing policies, and approval procedures
  • Review sales and collection performance and implement corrective actions when required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role within the tires industry
  • Strong knowledge of the local tires market and distribution landscape
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must own a car
