As part of our continued expansion into digital asset ecosystems, we are seeking a Token & NFT Launch Specialist to support the operational coordination and execution of token and NFT launches. This is a non-technical, operations-focused role, responsible for ensuring smooth execution of launch processes, participant coordination, allowlist management, and launch readiness.

This role focuses on operational execution and coordination and does not involve software development or engineering responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the operational execution of token and NFT launches, ensuring all launch processes are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Manage allowlists and participant eligibility records to ensure correct access and distribution.
• Support mint event readiness, including participant coordination and internal operational tracking.
• Maintain accurate records of launch participants, allocations, and distribution status.
• Monitor launch progress and assist in resolving operational issues during launch events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure launch timelines, processes, and requirements are met.
• Assist with post-launch reconciliation and operational reporting.
• Help improve launch procedures and operational workflows over time.
• Ensure operational integrity and accuracy throughout the entire launch lifecycle.

Requirements

• 1+ years of personal or professional experience participating in token launches, NFT drops, or Web3 incentive programs.
• Active personal experience using crypto wallets such as MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Coinbase Wallet, or similar.
• Strong understanding of token launches, NFT minting processes, allowlists, and wallet participation.
• Ability to verify wallet activity using blockchain explorers such as Etherscan or similar tools.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage operational data accurately.
• Experience working with spreadsheets such as Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, structured environment.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
