We are looking for a Tooling Engineer to design, develop, and optimize production tooling for high-precision aerospace composite structures.

Your expertise will directly contribute to the performance, quality, and innovation of major international programs.

Main Responsibilities

- Design and develop efficient tooling, molds, jigs, and production fixtures.

- Modify designs based on trial or production data to improve reliability and tool life.

- Create and maintain all required tooling documentation and specifications.

- Define technical requirements and manage tooling manufacturing (including supplier follow-up).

- Identify process and tooling needs for new and existing projects.

- Provide inputs for bid and quotation processes related to tooling.

- Supervise tooling trials, commissioning, and validation.

- Collaborate closely with methods, quality, and production teams.

- Use CATIA V5 / CAD-CAM to model and simulate 3D tooling designs.

- Provide technical support during production and internal/external audits.

Technical Skills:

• Excellent command of CATIA V5 and MS Office tools.
• Strong experience in composite and metallic tooling design.
• Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing and assembly processes, including jigless assembly.
• Understanding of advanced manufacturing and industrial analysis principles.
• Knowledge of automation or digital manufacturing (a plus).

Education:

Engineering degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience in aerospace composite tooling design and development.
• Background in Airbus or Boeing programs preferred.
• Proven ability in project management, continuous improvement, and MRB activities.
• Experience in testing, commissioning, and inspection of tooling systems.
