JOB TITLE

Total Rewards Operations Associate Manager | MAF Global Solutions | Global Solutions

ROLE SUMMARY

Managing a team of TR Ops Specialists for the effective implementation and maintenance of compensation and benefits policies, providing support to the Total Rewards team, conducting key activities such as Job evaluation, Market intelligence, Salary surveys and benchmarks to support HC decision making. Analyze benefits and rewards schemes, monitor C&B policies, and ensure compliance with labour law and regulations of Majid Al Futtaim Countries of Operation.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Conduct job evaluation and job mapping activities by applying the methodologies of Korn Ferry.
  • Manage the C&B cycles using the C&B module when it comes to annual cycles (Merit increase and Bonus).
  • Analyzes different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity .
  • Run independently compensation and benefits reports and analysis to ensure cost-effectiveness and market competitiveness.
  • Provide support for salary benchmark projects as required by Total Rewards COE.
  • Provide support and advice to Human Capital Business Partners in all aspects of Total Rewards and remuneration packages.
  • Design reports and recommendations based on research and analysis.
  • Oversee team members by managing their daily tasks, mentoring, empowering, coaching and motivating them to achieve organizational goals.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5 years experience in Total Rewards.
  • Strong and proven analytical and research skills.
  • Experience of Korn Ferry Job Evaluation Methodology.
  • Experience using C&B systems, SuccessFactors exposure advantageous
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
