Job Description

Role Objectives:

The Total Rewards Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The role ensures market alignment, internal consistency, and compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual salary review cycle, ensuring pay decisions are fair, data-driven, aligned with internal equity, and competitive within the external market.
  • Oversee the preparation and validation of employment offers, ensuring full alignment with approved salary structures, job architecture, and compensation governance.
  • Design, review, and continuously enhance employee benefits programs, balancing employee needs, market competitiveness, and financial sustainability.
  • Manage relationships and negotiations with external vendors and benefit providers, evaluating proposals and driving cost-effective, high-quality offerings.
  • Support the design, modelling, and implementation of incentive schemes and variable pay programs, ensuring alignment with performance frameworks and business goals.
  • Own all compensation analytics, reporting, and budget tracking, providing clear insights that support leadership decisions and financial planning.
  • Develop, update, and govern compensation and benefits policies, ensuring clarity, compliance, and consistency in application across the organization.
  • Lead and participate in market benchmarking exercises and compensation surveys, ensuring accurate market insights and competitive positioning.
  • Stay abreast of emerging C&B trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices, proactively recommending innovative initiatives to strengthen total rewards.
  • Design and maintain Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs, including program frameworks, eligibility criteria, reward mechanisms, and end-to-end lifecycle management.
  • Manage the communication, launch, and release cycles of compensation and benefits-related programs, ensuring strong change management, stakeholder alignment, and timely execution.
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR and Finance teams to ensure all total rewards programs support organizational goals, employee experience, and long-term talent strategy.

Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience preferably within FMCG or the F&B sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
