Job Description

The Total Rewards Senior Manager is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of the organization's compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy to attract, retain, and motivate top talent while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the total rewards strategy.
  • Manage compensation structures, grading frameworks, and annual review cycles.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs and vendor relationships.
  • Design and manage short-term and long-term incentive programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and corporate governance standards.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys.
  • Provide analytics and reporting on compensation and benefits effectiveness.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align rewards with business goals.
  • Lead and develop the Total Rewards function and team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation design, benefits management, and market benchmarking.
  • Professional certification is preferred.
