Role Overview:

We are looking for a Touchpoint Resource Configuration Specialist to be based in Abu Dhabi (onsite). This role is ideal for Filipino candidates who have prior experience in campaign execution, resource allocation, or digital operations.

You will be responsible for executing daily configuration tasks across Bybit's communication channels. This position emphasizes operational accuracy and discipline, ensuring smooth delivery of user-facing touchpoints such as in-app notifications, push messages, banners, and system placements.

By taking ownership of execution, you will allow other team members to focus on higher-level product strategy and personalization projects, while ensuring that our touchpoint operations run with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and schedule touchpoint resources (push notifications, in-app messages, banners, pop-ups, etc.) in Bybit's internal operation systems.
• Manage daily operational tasks including updates, resource allocations, and campaign and or product rollouts.
• Conduct QA checks to guarantee correct display of creatives, content, and timing.
• Support A/B test setups by handling configuration tasks and documenting results.
• Coordinate with product ops, marketing, and data teams to ensure campaign and or product alignment.
• Provide regular reporting on configuration accuracy, task completion, and operational issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Fluent English
• 12 years of experience in campaign execution, backend configuration, or digital marketing operations.
• Strong attention to detail with patience for repetitive, accuracy-driven tasks.
• Reliable, hard-working, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with CMS, automation systems, or campaign ops tools is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in an international environment, with good communication skills.
• Preference for Filipino candidates who are open to relocating or already based in Abu Dhabi.
