Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Operator based in Nasr City. The Tour Operator will be responsible for developing and coordinating tour packages, managing itineraries, liaising with clients and travel service providers, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements. The role involves maintaining high-quality service standards and providing exceptional travel experiences for clients. The Tour Operator will also assist with troubleshooting travel issues and offer solutions promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in Travel Coordination, Itinerary Planning, and Tour Package Development
• Strong Communication, Customer Service, and Interpersonal Skills
• Knowledge of Travel Regulations, Tourism Trends, and Local Attractions
• Proficiency in organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving
• Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in relevant travel software and computer applications is a plus
• Fluency in English and/or additional languages is an advantage
• A degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a field related to travel services is preferred
