Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Operator, located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Tour Operator will coordinate and organize guided tours, handle travel and tourism arrangements, manage customer reservations and inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. The role also involves collaborating with clients to tailor tour packages and ensuring the seamless execution of itineraries.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field

2+ years of experience in tour operations or travel agency

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in reservation and booking systems

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
