Job Summary:
The Trade Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing trade marketing strategies that drive sales growth, improve shelf visibility, and strengthen brand presence across retail channels. The role works closely with sales and brand managers to ensure excellent in-store execution and effective promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute trade marketing initiatives across the retail channels.
- Implement in-store promotions, visibility drives, displays, and seasonal campaigns
- Coordinate with the sales team to roll out trade schemes and promotional offers
- Ensure proper product placement, shelf share, and planogram compliance
- Monitor stock availability, pricing compliance, and promotion execution at store level
- Track sales performance and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing activities
- Conduct regular market visits and store audits
- Monitor competitor activities including pricing, promotions, and new product launches
- Support new product introductions with trade-focused marketing plans
- Prepare periodic reports on market execution, sales trends, and campaign results
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 14 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or FMCG distribution
- Experience in Food & Beverages trading or distributionis preferred
- Strong understanding of Modern Trade operations
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
