Purpose of the Role:
Our client, a leading consumer products company with a strong global presence in the beauty and wellness space, is looking for a talented individual to join their team. Headquartered in a major financial hub, they operate in over 25 countries across emerging markets in Asia, Africa & The Middle East. Their extensive international consumer products portfolio contributes significantly to the Group's revenue, featuring well-known brands.
Key Deliverables of the Role:
- Develop, Implement & Track structured plans targeting top accounts across geographies.
- Implement the country marketing strategy at both channel and portfolio levels.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of Sales & Below-The-Line (BTL) plans in a timely manner.
- Execute & Monitor New Product Development (NPD) launches and prepare periodic reports on all launches.
- Foster extensive cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams.
- Track competitor activities and proactively implement counter-measures.
- Provide regular reporting on pricing and BTL expenditures.
- Analyze market trends and recommend actions to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualification & Experience:
- Post-Graduation in Management (from a premier institution).
- 10+ years of experience post-MBA, with at least 5 years specifically in trade marketing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple internal & external stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated expertise in promotion planning, BTL management, and post-implementation review of scheme effectiveness.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
