To lead and execute on-ground trade marketing initiatives across Seoudi branches, ensuring flawless campaign launches, strong brand and Private Label execution, and deep market and competitor intelligence through close collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Execute and support the launch of marketing campaigns across all Seoudi branches, ensuring timely and high-quality implementation aligned with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign logistics including site readiness, setup, installation, on-ground supervision, and dismantling of marketing activations.
- Liaise with external agencies and suppliers to ensure smooth execution, proper access coordination using approved IDs, and adherence to agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Work closely with internal Operations teams to secure seamless installation, smooth branch access, and efficient on-ground execution without operational disruption.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor campaign implementation, validate visibility standards, and ensure execution compliance across branches, including seasonal travel to North Coast locations when required.
- Support the trade marketing execution of Private Label launches across all channels, ensuring strong in-store presence and visibility (excluding promotional discounting).
- Monitor shelf presence, planogram compliance, and execution quality to maintain consistent brand standards.
- Conduct structured competitor visits to assess assortment, pricing positioning, packaging, shelf communication, and visibility of competitive Private Label brands.
- Capture market insights and execution gaps, and share clear, data-backed observations and recommendations with Marketing and Sales teams.
- Manage marketing materials coordination including ordering, tracking, warehousing alignment, and reuse planning to ensure cost control and operational efficiency.
- Prepare daily and weekly field reports including execution photos and KPIs covering visibility compliance, distribution gaps, and stock availability.
- Maintain accurate tracking of activation assets and ensure proper deployment and retrieval across branches.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with 36 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Field Marketing, Retail, or FMCG environments.
- Demonstrate strong coordination, analytical, and reporting skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with planogram or retail execution systems is a plus.
- Show high attention to detail, strong follow-up skills, accountability, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, field-oriented role requiring 3050% travel.
- Owning a car is a must for this position due to the frequency of travel between branches and locations.
