About the Role
SPORTLUX is seeking a Retail, Partner & Trade Marketing Manager to lead trade marketing, retail visibility and partner activations across its full multi-brand portfolio in EMEA and APAC. This role requires strong ownership, excellent partner management, and the ability to drive brand visibility and commercial performance across both online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
Trade Marketing Strategy & Partner Management
- Manage relationships with retailers, distributors, marketplaces and digital partners.
- Negotiate visibility opportunities: homepages, newsletters, co-op budgets, seasonal campaigns, capsules.
- Present seasonal priorities, campaigns, collaborations and hero products to partners.
Product Content & Brand Consistency
- Oversee product content quality across partner platforms: shootings, imagery, descriptions, attributes.
- Ensure consistent brand presentation across all websites and retail environments.
- Manage timely go-live for all seasonal drops and product pushes.
- Identify content improvements to boost conversion and sell-through.
Retail Visibility & Offline Marketing
- Coordinate windows, in-store visuals, POS materials and seasonal toolkits across the region.
- Align with partners on CRM activations and in-store customer engagement.
- Support store openings and retail events with the PR & Events teams.
Performance Management & Sell-Through Optimization
- Track KPIs and commercial performance across partners, brands and regions.
- Identify opportunities for visibility boosts, content updates or assortment focus.
- Provide clear reporting and insights to support decision-making.
E-Commerce & Brand Platforms Support
- Ensure accurate merchandising and seasonal alignment on brand.com when applicable.
- Oversee imagery updates, content accuracy and product hierarchy.
Profile
- 57 years of experience in trade marketing, marketplace management, e-commerce merchandising or retail marketing within fashion, premium or lifestyle.
- Experience in multi-brand and/or multi-market environments.
- Strong relationship-builder with the ability to manage partners and secure visibility.
- Excellent project manager: organised, reliable, efficient and able to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong business-oriented mindset and understanding of sell-through drivers
- Comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders at different seniority levels.
- Fluent in English
