Our client, an international brokerage firm is seeking a Trading Risk Analyst to oversee and manage trading activities across MT4/MT5. The ideal candidate will monitor trading activity and system performance, identify potential risks, and assess their likelihood and impact to support stable and compliant trading operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time trading risk, including proprietary positions, client exposure, and overall liquidity.
- Track and analyze client trading activity across MT4/MT5 platforms to detect potential risk concentration and maintain balanced exposure levels.
- Oversee client margin and leverage settings to ensure alignment with internal risk policies and regulatory standards.
- Design, implement, and continuously refine risk management frameworks to mitigate financial and market risk.
- Perform stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate the potential impact of extreme market conditions.
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly risk reports, delivering clear insights and key risk indicators to senior management.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international regulatory requirements such as SCA and DFSA guidelines.
- Collaborate with trading and finance teams to proactively manage liquidity, funding, and cash flow risks.
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance risk monitoring systems and support the implementation of automated risk controls and tools.
- Ad hoc duties assigned by the company.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related subjects.
- Over 5years experience in related field such as risk management and trading operations.
- Solid understanding of MT4/MT5 platform, and its risk-related functionalities.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, including margin and leverage rules.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Forex markets, trading strategies, and risk management practices and the regulatory requirements related to Forex trading.
