Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Trading Systems Engineer to join our Technology team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and optimization of our trading infrastructure, ensuring stability, performance, and reliability across all platforms.

Your responsibilities

Manage and ensure smooth operation of all Hantec trading platforms.

Configuration, installation and support of equipment relating to trading infrastructure.

Investigate and resolve various incidents relating to trading systems.

Day to day support of MT4/MT5 platforms.

Manage the MT4/MT5 Data Centres.

Daily monitoring of MT4/MT5 platforms.

Testing new plugins.

Document existing procedures and policies.

Technical Requirements

Good knowledge and experience with Windows Servers Installation, Configuration, Support/ Maintenance.

Good knowledge and experience with VMWare.

Good understanding of Security / Firewalls.

Ability to work under pressure efficiently.

Able to be on an on-call rotation 24/7.

Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Related experience with Technology Bridges (OneZero, PrimeXM, FXCubic, Centroid)

Extensive experience with MT4 / MT5 Administrator applications.

Fluent in the English language both oral and written.
