Traffic Engineer

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Traffic Engineer (RTA Level 3 TIS Approved) to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking and managing traffic analysis and traffic impact studies, supporting transportation planning activities, and contributing to road safety and traffic operations improvements.

The role involves close coordination with internal teams, clients, and authorities, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering data-driven technical inputs to support informed decision-making across a range of transport and infrastructure projects.

• Strong proficiency in Traffic Analysis and Traffic Operations
• Solid experience in Transportation Planning and Traffic Impact Studies (TIS)
• Good understanding of Road Safety principles and practices
• Familiarity with local and international traffic standards and regulations
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g. AutoCAD, SYNCHRO, VISSIM)
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related discipline
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Previous experience in UAE or Middle East transport infrastructure projects is an advantage
