Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Traffic Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily transportation operations, fleet scheduling, and driver assignments
• Oversee airport transfers, hotel pickups, and tour movements
• Coordinate with operations, sales, and contracting departments
• Monitor fleet performance, maintenance schedules, and compliance
• Optimize routing to reduce costs and increase efficiency
• Handle real-time operational issues and emergency adjustments
• Ensure high service standards and on-time performance
• Prepare operational reports (PAX movement, vehicle utilization, cost analysis)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation or tourism operations
• Proven experience managing drivers and fleet operations
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple schedules
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
