The Nasco Emirati Training Academy (NETA) is a 12-month programme designed for ambitious Emirati students, recent graduates, and young professionals who want to build a meaningful career in the insurance industry.

This is more than a training programme. It's an opportunity to gain practical experience, work alongside experienced professionals, receive mentorship, and explore different areas of the business while developing skills that will support your long-term career growth.

Throughout the programme, you will:

Upon successful completion of the programme, participants may be considered for permanent opportunities within Nasco.

Who can apply

• High school graduates, recent graduates, or early-career professionals with up to one year of experience
• Candidates with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Fluent English speakers
• Motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow
