Job Description
Role Purpose:
To support the planning, governance, and execution of strategic projects by providing structured project management and PMO support to ensure consistency, visibility and timely delivery. The role contributes to effective project governance, and supporting critical strategic initiatives led by senior management.
Key Accountabilities:
1- Strategic Project Governance & Standardization;
- Maintain approved project management templates and governance trackers
2- Strategic Project Tracking & Reporting;
- Collect updates and update the strategic project dashboard
3- Decision & Action Follow-up;
- Maintain and follow up on decision and action logs
4- Support to Critical Strategic Projects;
- Maintain project plans and prepare draft status updates
Skills
- Strong tracking and follow-up skills
- Attention to details and accuracy in maintaining data
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in both English and Arabic
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
Education
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Economics, Business or Finance
