Job Purpose
To support organizational growth by leading Learning & Development initiatives and Succession Planning programs, ensuring employee capability development and leadership pipeline readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development
- Assess training needs and develop annual L&D plans aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs and monitor effectiveness.
- Manage IDPs, career development paths, and training records (LMS).
Succession Planning
- Implement succession planning frameworks for critical roles.
- Identify and develop high-potential employees with line managers.
- Track readiness and progress of succession candidates.
Reporting & Governance
- Prepare L&D and succession reports and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 46 years experience in Talent Management or L&D.
- Experience in succession planning and leadership development.
