Job Description

Job Purpose

To support organizational growth by leading Learning & Development initiatives and Succession Planning programs, ensuring employee capability development and leadership pipeline readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development

  • Assess training needs and develop annual L&D plans aligned with business goals.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs and monitor effectiveness.
  • Manage IDPs, career development paths, and training records (LMS).

Succession Planning

  • Implement succession planning frameworks for critical roles.
  • Identify and develop high-potential employees with line managers.
  • Track readiness and progress of succession candidates.

Reporting & Governance

  • Prepare L&D and succession reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 46 years experience in Talent Management or L&D.
  • Experience in succession planning and leadership development.
