About the Job

To design, implement, and evaluate training and development programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth, while supporting the organization's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify training needs through performance data, competency gaps, and stakeholder discussions
  • Align training initiatives with business objectives and workforce plans
  • Develop annual training plans and learning roadmaps
  • Design engaging training programs (classroom, virtual, e-learning, blended)
  • Facilitate workshops, onboarding programs, and capability-building sessions
  • Coordinate with internal SMEs and external training providers
  • Ensure learning content is practical, relevant, and easy to apply on the job
  • Support leadership and talent development initiatives
  • Measure training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance indicators
  • Track learning participation, completion, and impact on performance
  • Continuously improve programs based on data and feedback
  • Partner with HR, managers, and leadership to support employee development
  • Provide guidance to managers on coaching and on-the-job development
  • Support career development and succession planning initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field
  • Certification in Training & Development (e.g., CPTD or equivalent) is an advantage
  • Proven experience as a Training Officer, Trainer, or similar role
  • Ability to design engaging training content
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in training, learning & development, or HR
  • Experience in training & competency design and implementation.
  • TNA Knowledge
  • Analytic skills (Ability to analyze training metrics and ROI)
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
