Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and conduct training sessions on real estate sales techniques, negotiation, CRM usage, and compliance with Egyptian regulations.
  • Analyze sales team performance gaps and create tailored development plans to boost targets and conversions.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to launch business development initiatives, such as partnerships and new market entry strategies.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs like sales growth, retention rates, and feedback surveys.
  • Stay updated on real estate trends, off-plan sales, and financing options to integrate into training content.
  • Support onboarding for new sales hires and continuous professional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 3+ years in training, sales enablement, or business development within real estate or related industries.
  • Proven experience training sales teams, ideally in Egypt's property sector.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate sales cycles, legal aspects, and market dynamics in areas like New Cairo and North coast.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, LMS platforms, and sales tools like Salesforce.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in training (e.g., Train-the-Trainer) or real estate sales.
  • Experience with luxury developments or B2B brokerage.
