Role Description

This is a contract role as a Training Coordinator located in Amman. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, delivering, and evaluating training programs for employees. Other day-to-day tasks include scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and providing feedback to management.

Qualifications
  • Training & Development and Employee Training skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to create engaging training materials
  • Experience in coordinating and delivering training programs
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Certification in Training and Development is a plus

Please note that while not required, previous experience in social media marketing or a related field would be beneficial for this role.
