Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Training Coordinator. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and managing training sessions, scheduling and coordinating programs, facilitating employee training initiatives, tracking training metrics, and collaborating with various teams. Key responsibilities include supporting trainer and participant needs, ensuring proper resource allocation, and maintaining training records to enhance the overall development of employees.
Qualifications
- Experience in Training Coordination and Training & Development
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of Training and Employee Training best practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other training-related software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a training or learning and development role is a plus
