Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external training programs.
- Oversee HRDF (Hadaf) training programs, ensuring full compliance with requirements and proper documentation.
- Communicate with training providers, institutes, and internal departments to confirm training schedules and requirements.
- Track training needs, collect training requests, and support the development of annual training plans.
- Maintain training records, attendance sheets, and employee development files in an organized and up-to-date manner.
- Prepare and submit training reports to management and relevant authorities as needed.
- Monitor training program effectiveness and gather feedback to evaluate learning outcomes.
- Follow up on trainees progress and ensure timely completion of training tasks and assignments.
- Assist in onboarding training for new employees and support functional training for different departments.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and HRDF guidelines throughout all training processes.
- Support continuous improvement of training processes and employee development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources.
- 36 years of experience in training program coordination or training administration.
- Experience with HRDF (Hadaf) training programs and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external training providers.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
