Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of training programs.
- Act as the main point of contact between trainees, management, and the training institute.
- Track and maintain accurate attendance records of trainees in coordination with the institute.
- Ensure compliance with training schedules, policies, and program requirements.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide regular reports to management.
- Handle trainee inquiries, concerns, and support requests efficiently.
- Coordinate with the institute regarding performance, attendance, and program updates.
- Understand and manage the financial support structure, including the percentage covered by HRDF (Hadaf).
Qualifications:
- 46 years of experience in training coordination, HR, or program supervision.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with training program administration and reporting.
- Knowledge of HRDF (Hadaf) policies and support programs is preferred.
