MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, supporting Saudi Arabia's power infrastructure with locally engineered and high-quality electrical products.

We operate advanced manufacturing facilities in Riyadh, producing a wide range of solutions for utility and industrial customers, including:

  • Circuit breakers (MCB / MCCB / ACB)

  • LV & MV switchgear solutions (up to 36 kV)
  • Distribution & power transformers (up to 10 MVA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of training programs.
  • Act as the main point of contact between trainees, management, and the training institute.
  • Track and maintain accurate attendance records of trainees in coordination with the institute.
  • Ensure compliance with training schedules, policies, and program requirements.
  • Monitor trainee progress and provide regular reports to management.
  • Handle trainee inquiries, concerns, and support requests efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the institute regarding performance, attendance, and program updates.
  • Understand and manage the financial support structure, including the percentage covered by HRDF (Hadaf).

Qualifications:

  • 46 years of experience in training coordination, HR, or program supervision.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
  • Familiarity with training program administration and reporting.
  • Knowledge of HRDF (Hadaf) policies and support programs is preferred.
